Stockton Heath Christmas Market 🎄

Stockton Heath is getting festive with Christmas Markets at The Red Lion’s back garden on London Road on Saturday from 1pm.

You’ll find plenty of stalls offering unique goodies like crystals, incense, Tropic products, handmade jewellery, trinkets, jams, chutneys, dog treats, and even sound bowl healing and ceremonial cacao.

To add to the Christmas cheer, pop inside the pub for mulled wine and mince pies. It’s the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit.

🎄 Blooming Bauble Hunt - The Botanist, 12pm | They are hiding 10 empty baubles in and around The Botanist. Find one, and exchange it for you a Blooming Bauble cocktail tree.

🎤 Cilla & The Swinging 60’s - Warrington Irish Club, 7:30pm | Celebrating the Life and Music of the legendary Cilla Black, Cilla & The Swinging 60s.

Saturday

🏃 Park Run - Victoria Park, 9am | This is on every Saturday. Its a free 5km running event.

🧠 Afternoon Quiz - Grappenhall Library, 2pm | A fun afternoon with tea and cake. No need to have a team

🎄 The Grinch - Old Market Place, 12pm | Come down to Golden Square and meet the famously grumpy Grinch at 12:00 for 30 minutes

🎤 Christmas Choir Performance - Old Market Place, 10am | There are 7 different school choirs singing throughout the day from 7am.

❄️ Snow Queen Stilt Walker - Old Market Place, 2pm | Meet the fabulous Snown Queen at Golden Square at 14:00 for 20 minutes.

🎺 Warrington Salvation Army Extravaganza - Warrington Salvation Army, 7:30pm | Annual Christmas Extravaganza, featuring music by Unity Brass of The Salvation Army and vocal soloist Marcia Hammond.

🧠 Christmas Quiz Night - Monks Social Club, 7pm | With Quizmaster Jim Princep for a festive fun filled quiz.

🎨 Christmas History Illustration With Animal Teach - Hobbycraft, 1pm | With all art materials provided, this event is suitable for ages 8 and up, making it perfect for young creatives, families, and art enthusiasts alike.

🎄 Christmas Wreath Making Afternoon - Newchurch Parish Hall, 2pm | Get into the festive spirit and create your own unique wreath.

🦌 Mirror Reindeers - Old Market Place, 1:15pm | Meet the Mirror Reindeers.

🎄 The Grinch - Old Market Place, 12pm | Meet the famously grumpy Grinch at 12:00 for 30 minutes.

🎤 Elvis is in the Building - The Queens Wolf, 5pm | It's going to be a night filled with iconic tunes, swaying hips, and unforgettable memories.

😇 Sound Healing With The Angels - Culcheth, 10:30am | Designed to empower those interested in angels and sound healing

❄️ Stilt Walkers - Old Market Place, 1:10pm | Meet the fabulous Stilt Walker at Golden Square at 13:10 for 20 minutes.

🛍️ Annual Christmas Market Fundraiser - Burtonwood Scouts, 11am | There will be fun for all the family including stalls, crafts, games, raffle, Santa's Grotto, refreshments and so much more.

Ryfields Village Christmas Fair 🎄

Ryfields Village Christmas Fair is on this Sunday, 24th November.

From 1:00 PM, enjoy free entry to an afternoon packed with activities, including a large tombola, raffle, craft stalls, live music, and a cake stall. It’s a great chance to soak up the holiday atmosphere and pick up some Christmas goodies.

Weather ⛅️

The snow is on its way out as temperatures rise this weekend, bringing a milder feel to Warrington. Here’s what to expect.

Friday 🌦️ Scattered showers throughout the day with highs of 6°C. The remaining snow will start to melt as things warm up.
Saturday 🌧️ A rainy day with temperatures reaching a warm 14°C
Sunday 🌦️ Scattered showers continue, but the mild trend sticks around with highs of 14°C and lows of 7°C.

A much warmer weekend ahead, so enjoy the break from the frost and keep an umbrella handy.

⚽️ Warrington Town travel to face Rushall Olympic this Saturday, 23rd November, in a National League North clash. Kick-off is at 3pm as the Yellows look to secure vital points on the road

🏉 Warrington Wolves’ 2025 season kicks off on Sunday, 16th February away at Huddersfield, with their first home game against Catalans Dragons on Friday, 23rd February. Highlights include a Round 3 clash with Wigan in Las Vegas. Full fixtures can be viewed here.
